WHY VANOVERSE?

I’ve spent my career leading customer experience and operations at world-class levels for global and national organizations. My nickname is the queen of work processes. If something needs getting done, I figure out the systems to do it in the most streamlined way.
I’m also a mom of two neurodiverse boys, a certified CX leader, a credentialed AI consultant, and an accessibility strategist. From the boardroom to homework with the kids, AI is reshaping how we live, learn, and connect. I want organizations and families to be informed and empowered to leverage these tools to their advantage while confidently navigating the risks. I’m here to serve, help, train, and guide others to AI empowerment. I also love learning and sharing new tools and ways of working. I believe learning should be fun, straightforward, and build excitement for the many possibilities AI unlocks and our own creative potential.
