I’ve spent my career leading customer experience and operations at world-class levels for national and global organizations. My nickname? The Queen of Operational Efficiency—because if something needs doing, I’ll find the most streamlined, scalable way to make it happen.
I’m also a mom of two incredible neurodiverse boys, a certified CX leader, an AI consultant, and an accessibility strategist. From the boardroom to homework time, I see firsthand how AI is reshaping how we live, learn, and connect.
That’s why I created VanoVerse—to make sure families, teams, and mission-driven leaders are informed and empowered to use AI to their advantage while navigating the risks with confidence.
