VanoVerse Creations was born from lived experience. “Vano” for Teri PadoVano. “Verse” for writing, creating, reading, and book publishing. “Verse” for the vast universe that AI opens up to us, only limited by our imagination and creativity.

As a mom of two incredible neurodiverse boys and a longtime leader in customer experience, operations, and nonprofit strategy—I’ve spent decades navigating complexity, finding creative solutions under very tight budgets, and making sure people always come first.

I started VanoVerse because I saw three things:

  1. AI is moving fast.

  2. People—especially families, educators, organizations, and small businesses—are getting left behind.

  3. Too many people are afraid of AI, or not yet informed about its impact—both the risks and the opportunities.

I believe we can’t afford to sit this one out. Whether it’s protecting your organization or families data, improving how your team works, or tapping into tools that support learning and creativity—we all deserve to understand what AI is, what it isn’t, and how to use it responsibly. Not through hype. Not through fear. But through real, informed engagement.

At VanoVerse, we meet people where they are. Whether you're a curious parent, an overloaded educator, or a nonprofit team or business trying to keep up—we make AI approachable, ethical, and actually useful and always fun.

Our Story: Why I Started VanoVerse

  • We combine trusted consulting with joyful creativity to help people and teams use AI intentionally. Our work spans:

    • AI Consulting & Staff Training – for nonprofits, community organizations, and businesses ready to innovate responsibly

    • Custom Prompt Packs, eBooks & Workshops – for professionals, parents, and creatives building better workflows with AI

    • Digital Resources – blogs, tutorials, custom gpts and agents, and explainers to help businesses, organizations, families and educators feel confident with AI and see immediate efficiency and impact

    • Children’s Books & Tools – co-created with my son, blending storytelling and AI for neurodiverse learners

    • Product & Merchandise Design – mission-driven items to share the message and support the mission, and some fun with the help of Artistic Director and award-winning digital artist, Andrew Padovano.

All of it is rooted in purpose: to keep our AI use human-centered, accessible, and empowering for everyday people. You have the expertise and knowledge; let these tools enhance your work and save you time.

    • Empowerment – We help people use tech, not be used by it.

    • Inclusion – We create spaces where every voice is valued, every background is respected, and everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

    • Clarity – No jargon. No gatekeeping. Just real tools and knowledge.

    • Creativity – We celebrate imagination and build space for neurodiverse thinkers.

    • Integrity – We approach AI use with ethical responsibility and deep care.

  • Andrew Padovano is a Web Graphic Designer and award-winning Visual Artist with a studio arts degree from Stony Brook University. Known for his sharp eye for color, detail, and visual storytelling, Andrew brings creativity, focus, and technical skill to every design he creates.

He has a passion for making art history engaging and accessible, blending classical inspiration with modern design principles. At VanoVerse Creations, Andrew is working alongside Teri to produce original, visually compelling designs for digital products, merchandise, and educational tools. His work helps bring the brand’s mission to life—one design at a time.

  • Teri Padovano is a senior leader in customer experience and operations with over 25 years of experience across national nonprofits, tech-forward training programs, and organizational transformation. A certified AI consultant, certified CX professional, and certified de-escalation and accessibility strategist, she’s also a mother, a creator, and a champion for neurodiverse families, but some kids know her as the butterfly lady from her lectures in schoolrooms regarding nature, the environment, and the monarch butterfly migration.

Teri has led teams serving 40,000+ customers annually, driven top-tier satisfaction scores, and built systems for managing multimillion-dollar revenue programs for scale. But her proudest work? Helping real people thrive—at work, at home, and in their communities.
