With more than three decades of leadership in customer experience, operations, 8-figure revenue generation, training, accessibility, and organizational strategy, I help people move beyond fear and uncertainty into confident, meaningful AI adoption.
I’m known for turning complex systems into clear, scalable solutions that save time, reduce stress, improve customer experiences, and create stronger, more connected organizations.
But my work is also deeply personal.
As a mom of two neurodiverse boys, I understand firsthand how technology can either create barriers—or unlock opportunity, creativity, independence, and growth. That perspective shapes everything I teach.
